This article deals with the convergence between the cultural industries and the communications industries (telecommunications, Web and electronic equipments). It assumes that the theories of the cultural industries are still able to explain the movements of entrance of the actors of the communication industries into the economy of the contents. However these theories have difficulty in clarifying the modalities of the insertion of the cultural products in the electronic market places on the Web.
